GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped Monday and Thursday.  All orders placed after will be processed the next shipping day.  

Please, allow up 3 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.  

We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for: your package's tracking number, your package is out for delivery and your package has been delivered.

 

STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES

Please, ensure your address is correct once you're placing your order.  Incorrect addresses may cause lost packages.  If the package is return to the sender (Xlibrio Pearl) due to an error in the shipping address enter by the customer, the customer should be responsible to pay the shipping again.   

If it is an error in the shipping address of the sender (Xlibrio Pearl), the sender will be responsible to pay the shipping.

If the package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provide at checkout and the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order's tracking number), Xlibrio Pearl is not responsible.

If your package is lost in transit (very unusual), is the carrier’s responsibility and in this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
